I am searching for the real birth surname of Glenn(ard) Andrew COZAD, who was adopted by Charles A. COZAD and Patricia (commonly, Treece)Pummel COZAD. The clerk at the Hardin County Courthouse told me this record was "sealed," but all three parties are deceased and this info should be available, under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. According to family history, dad was the youngest of three children, (surname- STUMPF); the other members died as a consquence of the 1918 Spanish Flu Epidemic and are buried in Hardin Co., probably in unmarked graves. Might you provide any info to assist this search? Thank you, Terrence A. COZAD
