Joseph SCHOONOVER and his wife Margaret Elizabeth DECKER migrated to Hardin Co.,Oh sometime between 1825 and 1828. Their youngest son, Joseph Franklin was b. March 14, 1828 in Hardin Co. About 1838, their son David Earl Walter and his family joined them in Hardin Co. and lived there until about 1850. Two of David's sons - Joseph Oliver and George A. were born in Hardin Co. Joseph died in Hardin Co. in 1865. If you are researching this family, please contact me as I would like to share information.

Wanting to locate the parents of James W THOMAS born 10 Dec 1857 in Roundhead, Hardin Co. Later he married Alice Laora YAZEL from Auglaize Co. That name is a mystery to me as well. They moved to Plymouth Indiana maybe in 1880's. One of their children is Chloe Del THOMAS, my grandmother and she married Charles Henry BAKER.

I am looking for information on: Gabriel Reeder HUBBELL, born 1808, died 1862. Gabriel was married 3 times (1st to Ann DANFORD; 2nd to Mary Ann HARRISON), 3rd marriage in 1856 to Susannah OWENS COMBS. They lived in Hardin County, probably in Ada or the surrounding area. I am interested in any information, but especially the burial place for Gabriel. He is probably buried with other family members, possible two small children of Gabriel and Susannah : George Washington b. 1857 d. 1861 & Aaron De Witt b. 1859 d. 1861. It is also possible that one of Susannah's sons William C COMBS b. abt. 1848 is buried with them. Any help is greatly appreciated, Kathy

Am looking for information on the following people: Sarah Ann PHILIPS who married Jefferson ROSE 30 July 1846 Hardin County, Ohio at First Baptist Connection by Pastor Eli George W. BAKER. Also any information on Christian NEABLING MARTIN and family. He was born in Fairfield Co. Ohio on 8 Dec. 1843 and signed up for the 187 Reg't Ohio volunteers on the 17th day of February 1865. He married Jerusha ROSE on 19 Nov. 1865 in Hancock County Ohio by a Justice of the Peace J. W. WILLIAMSON. This would be Sarah and Jefferson ROSE'S daughter. I have no other information on these people and their families except the census report for 1860 where it lists Jefferson ROSE and his wife Sarah Ann Philips ROSE. Thanks for any help you can give me and I would be happy to help anyone who would need the information I have.
