Have a large database on the MYERS family which lived in Hancock County, Ohio.

Seeking info on gr.grandfather, Andrew KAISER that according to 1870 census for Kenton, Ohio shows wife being Elisabeth SCHIER, Children Anna age 5, Andrew, Jr. age 3 and William age 1, resided on Leighton St., Kenton, Ohio employed as a cooper, we know there was a cooper shop on Ohio and Wayne during that period. On the 1880 census he still resided on Leighton Street but had lost 1st wife in 1874 and remarried and wife was listed as "Lizzie" (Elisabeth HICKORY, daughter of John HICKORY) children listed in household were: Anna age 15, Andrew, Jr. age 13, William age 11 and Henry age 1. Gr.grandfather was listed as "brewer" for occupation. What were the name(s) of breweries in or near Kenton? We think that he worked at Champion Iron and Fence in 1885. He passed away in 1907 at age 81 and his address was still listed as Leighton Street, Kenton, Ohio. Survived by Anton (Andrew ,Jr), William, Henry, Katherine, Helena, Mary, Flora and very possibly Anna. Any info on this family and the SHIER Family and the HICKORY Family will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Georgedda & Carl KAYSER
